Upma - South Indian breakfast

Upma Basic Upma is very easy to make.This recipe is mainly popular in south Indian homes. Main ingredient in this recipe is Semolina or cream of wheat.It is a fine refined wheat. In india generally called refined Rava or Suji. Non refined whole wheat Rava also we will get in India. Here in this recipe i used refined wheat rava or suji or semolina. Ginger Chutney (Allam Pachadi)(Sweet,spicy and tangy chutney)

Ginger Chutney or Allam Pachadi is a chutney from the state of Andhra. Usually this chutney is very popular in all Andhra Pradesh homes. This chutney is served as a side dish with Pesarattu( green gram dosa), Vada, Idly or simply with curd rice. Pesarattu (Pesara means green gram ,attu means Dosa or crape or Pan cake)) is a delicacy from southern state of Andhra Pradesh break fast recipe).This delicious  Whole green gram Dosa is eaten  with ginger chutney(dip).Simply this Crispy Dosa enjoyed with cumin and ginger topping or onion and ginger and chillies topping.Today i am going to show your how to make Pesarattu (green gram dosa) seaoning with onion dices,ginger pieces,and green chilli pieces.
